Description: This natural rainforest soil consists of a mixture of sand, peat, humus and clay.
It has a slightly lower clay percentage than normal rainforest soil, but this makes it easier for the ants to dig and is much better accepted by the ants. It is suitable for all species of ants living in rainforest soil or generally in humid tropical habitats.
Application: diggable soil can be used for nest and arena area!
Note: since this is a purely natural product, there may be slight differences in color and structure that we can not influence.
Important: Please moisten the substrate before use so that the mixture can combine and develop a firm hold in the ant farm. In addition, too dry and dusty substrate can lead to blocking the respiratory tract of the ants and, in the worst case, the animals suffocate.
