1. delivery options and times

DHL

  • Order acceptance: Until 12:00 noon for same-day dispatch.

  • Delivery times: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 - 17:00.

  • Special features: Delivery to DHL Packstation possible (specify postcode and Packstation).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Germany: 1-3 working days.

    • Europe: 2-6 working days.

  • Shipping costs: Can be viewed in the shopping basket depending on weight and country of delivery after entering the delivery address. Also in the table below.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail, which you can use to track your order.

  • Transport costs in € and including VAT (Germany):

    • up to 5 kg = 29,90 €

    • up to 10 kg = 39,90 €

    • up to 20 kg = 49,90 €

    • up to 30 kg = 59,90 €

    • up to 40 kg = 69,90 €

    • up to 50 kg = 79,90 €

 

Forwarding agency

  • Order acceptance: Currently only available on request. Please contact our customer service.

  • Delivery times: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 18:00.

  • Special features:

    • No island delivery possible with the exception of Ireland.

    • Recipient must be present on the day of delivery. A second delivery will incur additional shipping costs.

    • Please contact us in advance by telephone.

  • Delivery times:

    • Germany: 1-3 working days.

    • Europe: 3-7 working days.

  • Transport costs: Currently only available on request.

  • Transport costs in € and including VAT (Germany):

    • up to 50 kg = 149 €

    • up to 100 kg = 179 €

    • up to 150 kg = 199 €

    • up to 200 kg = 229 € (weight of goods plus 20 kg for the pallet)

 

2. dispatch provision

The goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment (purchase price + packaging and shipping costs). In case of delays you will be informed immediately.

 

3. shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods (incl. packaging).

  • Final costs are displayed before the order is sent after the delivery address has been entered in the shopping basket.

 

4. prices and taxes

  • Germany: All prices in € and including VAT.

  • EU countries (except Germany):

    • Private customers: All prices in € and including VAT.

    • Commercial customers with VAT ID no.: Prices net in € (excluding VAT) only after activation by our customer service department

 

5. dispatch of live animals

  • Delivery area: Only within the EU (subject to national import regulations). We only ship some sensitive species within Germany. Please refer to the respective product description for this information.

  • Shipping service provider: Some very sensitive species are only shipped by GO Logistik. They guarantee "overnight" delivery and are specially qualified to ship live animals. 

  • Shipping temperatures:

    • Night temperatures:

      • Northern European species: >0°C (Express with insulation: >-5°C).

      • Southern European species: >+5°C (Express with insulation: >0°C).

      • Tropical species: >+10°C (Express with heat pack: >+5°C).

    • Daytime temperatures: Maximum +30°C for all species.

The ants ordered will not be dispatched outside the specified temperature ranges. They will be dispatched at the earliest possible date.
