Campontus vicinus is very common ant in the western parts of north america. Is a imortant biological control agent predating many forest insect pest. It`s often sharing there nest with other ants like Monomorium, Myrmica, Lepthothorax or even Pogonomyrmex. They show low aggression agianst other ants foraging mainly nocturnal. |
