Description: Flat formicarium made of several layered plates and a special gypsum point for nest humidification. The gypsum point can be supplied with water from a reservoir placed underneath via a moisture-sucking cord without having to open the formicarium. This evenly spaced nest area is ideal for experiments and observations in the laboratory or at school.
Application: for ants of size L
Note: gaps of 0.5mm can occur.
The following must be noted when attaching a flexible tubes to the connector socket of the ANTCUBE - PF Lab:
If the flexible tube is very difficult to fit on the connector socket, the socket should be lightly rubbed with a drop of our ant escape protection oil or powder. The flexible tube should then be pushed onto the connector socket by turning resp. screwing without loading the socket with up and down movements.
