TERRACUBE – The Fully Transparent Modular Terrarium System with Clever Details

TERRACUBE terrariums are designed for maximum transparency (360° visibility) and an elegant, minimalist appearance. All glass edges are precisely bonded, ensuring that no distracting silicone seams are visible. The silicone itself is completely transparent, providing an unobstructed view of the terrarium interior from every angle.

Thoughtful Ventilation and Versatile Technical Access

The two side openings (Ø 50 mm) offer a wide range of applications. They can be used either for additional ventilation or as access points for technical equipment such as thermo- and hygrometers, heating cables, heating mats, misting systems, sensors, and other terrarium accessories.

The permanently mounted frame sits securely on the terrarium rim and allows the application of escape prevention barriers while helping to prevent animals from escaping.

The precisely fitting cover rests flush on the frame. Its four integrated openings allow the installation of ventilation grids, fans, lighting systems, foggers, or other technical equipment.

Secure Ventilation System – Suitable Even for Small Animals

The fine-mesh stainless steel ventilation screen located on the front strip is designed to prevent even very small feeder insects such as fruit flies (Drosophila) and many ant species from escaping. For additional stability, the stainless steel mesh is reinforced by a sturdy perforated aluminum support plate.

All materials used are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and highly durable. The construction also offers excellent resistance to mechanical stress caused by larger reptiles or other terrarium inhabitants.

Sliding Door – Practical and Almost Invisible

The convenient sliding door features a transparent handle mounted on an equally transparent holder. This ensures that the focus remains entirely on the beautifully designed habitat and its inhabitants.

Modular System – Connect Multiple Terrariums

Thanks to the side openings and compatible transparent acrylic connectors or connecting tubes, multiple TERRACUBE terrariums can easily be linked together.

This allows different habitats to be connected or technical extensions to be added. Even complex terrarium systems for amphibians, reptiles, invertebrates, or ants can be expanded and customized with ease.

Note

The glass is manufactured according to DIN 1249 standards with a production tolerance of ±1 mm.

When keeping particularly small ant species or other tiny animals, the use of an additional escape barrier is strongly recommended.
