since Switzerland does not belong unfortunately yet to the European Union, all goods must be unfortunately declared. The transport of living or dead animals (ants and fodder animals) requires a separate permission at the Federal Office for plant protection. Here you contact please the following place:

If you would like to order living animals with us, then you contact us please by telephone or email, because you cannot order the animals over the Onlineshop.

Note: Because of the long customs clearance/transportation times we do not dispatch living animals with over 25°C (summer months) to Switzerland!

 We tried to arrange the dispatch as simple as possible for you.
The following costs come zzgl. the dispatch cost to you:
- Customs lump sum of 20,00 Euro
- Import value added tax 7,6 %
You pay these costs with us in advance and we take over then the completion with the custom office.
