For the filling we recommend:
1,2 kg sand / loam, + 100g Potters clay granulate
For the humidification we recommend: a tube drainage. Cut the tube (10 mm diameter) on height of the display. Close it mutual with cotton wool. Now it can be brought laterally / concentric (just as you like) in the farm. Only then fill the tube up with water.
