If it is beton, than I think it's no problem.
but it's look like red.

I would try it cause i dont thing that its bad for the ants.

they are light grey in colour and have the same texture as ytong lots of people build garages and conservatorys from them. thatnks for the advice i shall buy some soon and experiment.
