so wat is this laom stuff i always here about people putting sand and loam for there habitat for the ants. i have no idea wat loam is or wat it does???

With it the ways of the ants do not collapse one gives a loam / sand-mixture in the Formicarium.

so i have to mix the loam into the sand. can you please explain how to do it all or mabye even put up a webstie for me to visit. coz i am confused

Antstore sells a mixture of sand and loam already mixed.

Loam can be diffrent things, sometimes its Chalk dust or Limestone dust, it really depends on its source and purpose.

If you want to make your own Sand Loam mix, I recomend you use a mix of 2:1, sand:loam, so 2 cups of Sand to 1 cup of Loam. Make sure the Loam is very fine, it shuld powder
