ANTSTORE World of Ants

Hi there,
I was just wondering about the transport assured!i dont have alot of money to spend and i bought a lasius flavus queen about 2 years ago and it died about 2 days after it arrived!as it didnt die on arrival and i didnt remove it from its test tube,what am i to do if this happens again?
I didnt bother telling you guys as it didnt die in transit,maybe you still have a record of it..was paid by money order this was before you had credit card facilities.....anyways im just asking as i dont have alot of money and i dont want dead ants.....

I really do like what u guys are doing and i REALLY REALLY do refer people to you all the time!people always are asking me about ants as i USED to sell them on a different website(antcolony.com)
I was accused of selling ants on here!and i havent offered ants on here at ALL(see my posts)i was just informing you that i used to sell ants.....its called conversation!i wasnt trying to hussle!!!

I just want a good colony up and running!just one more question!
Are heatmats okay to use?thinking of a plaster housing for the brood and queen and other bits added on.sort of what this guys doing but using heat mats krungkuene.org/ameisen_page/2004333en.html
