my step dad is going to help me make a Y-tong nest this weekend i have basin, now my ants are already settled in there, and shall i just connect the basin with the Y-tong and will the workers move in there, if i keep it moist and warm

yep they should do let lots of light into the basin (not direct sunlight), and keep the ytong dark and humid
