This shows the foraging box but It is only temporary whilst I make a bigger better one. As this is in the dining room I decided to frame it into a "living picture". All the block except the top is encased in perspex to keep the damp in.

This shows the channel and holes drilled into the top for filling with water. it took about 2 days for the whole block to get damp

This shows the temporary foraging tank, I'm in the process of making a bigger one, it also shows the red plastic which the 4 queens are behind

The chanel and holes on the top mean I can fill it with water and leave for a few days whilst gravity and capilliary action take over
