ANTSTORE World of Ants

This queen came in flying through the window, in a raining day some days ago. Does anybody knows what ant is this? What it eats? It needs humidity? How much? As you can see the queen has lots of eggs already.

Thanks to my experience, i can tell you that this is a Glutimus Maximus species of ant.
It eats any food, could be flies, wasps, honey, anything really.
This ant needs a lot of humidity, the best way to acheive this, is to buy a mini heater, and place the farm ontop of it, but you must also spray the farm with water every day.

Too bad i don't have any amazing ID skills so i cannot tell what species is that. But atleast she has sprayed a lot of eggs!!

It´s Crematogaster species, very very nice one... How long is she? Because the same colour is C. sordidula.. You can feed her by honeywater- 1 honey/sugar to 3 water...... Show here more photos, I want see a head.....

Crematogaster species from Greece island Corfu, you can see determination points here in good quality... The head point is peak abdomen- it´s tipical for all Crematogasters.....

if the gaster of the queen is in a heart shape then it is a crematogastor, and plus u could check the workers when they are born.

remember guys he is from Brasil ... so there are probably more genus with a "gaster in heart shape" , so do not think it is Crematogaster like here in Europe - I cannot tell it is not , but do not say it on 100 precent ... by me it is not Crematogaster
