You can write a rewiew of the species here. Even if someone else has written a rewiew of that species, you can write another. You can write as many rewiews as you can. They can be positive, or negative. Ok, i start.
Also you can provide photos of them.
Camponotus Herculeanus

Size:
Queen usually 16-18mms
Worker usually 7-15mms (minor-major)
Temperature: European, 20-25 Celsius
Nest: In rotting wood, y-tong, test tube, moist.
Queens:Monogyn
Colour: Black head and abdomen, red-brown thorax
Food: sweet liquids and insects
This species is one of my favourites. It is easy to keep, so a beginner could keep it too. It grows rather slow, so for patient keepers only
On my experience from queen to 1-5 workers first year and up to 50 workers the second year. It builds those strong and good-looking majors who can kill other ants and insects with one bite. These are pretty timid during the first year but will be agressive later. Mostly no more than 10-20% of the workers foraging. I think the best nest for them is a y-tong, but for a small colony (0-20 workers) a test-tube is good too.I'm not sure if a topic like this exists and is this topic in the right forum section, but i hope that if i'm wrong someone will tell or fix.
If you want to comment this topic write a rewiew also
