Hi all,

Some time over night my colony of Myrmica ruginodis moved out of thier test tube and into the ant farm

I've since connected thier forging tank and supplied food and water.

lol, it was the wife's cat, and she wasn't happy when she saw it. I think it looks good

The ants are all inside the farm itself and have barracaded themselves in the tunnel i made for them. I assume they will come out when they get hungry or need water. I've added a cricket to the menu but it will probably start to go mouldy if they don't get down there soon.

When the colony gets larger, I intend to buy a larger foraging tank and maybe another nesting box / tank.
