And which ants are "normal"? 
Please tell where you are from, there are too many thousands of ant species to identify without knowing where they live.

You need to give us some more background information. Where did you take this pictures (where do you live). Is this a worker or a queen. How big are they (in mm if possible) and maybe some better pictures.
