Ok. is there any helpful tips anyone can give me.

Keep her in the tube until the first workers hatch, than put them in a nice farm.
Normally it is not necessary to feed her until the workers hatch but you may give her a bit honey (or sweets) and a small insects. If she don't accept you can try later again but don't do it to often.
She will need plenty of rest. Keep her in a dark place, make sure the tube has a water reserve.

- I can see on my L. Niger queen that she have got some yellow/orange stripes, is that good? Because I mean it's because she are strong? but not sure.

just means shes fat with eggs thats shes poppin out!

But u can't see on her if she have alot of eggs? Have I heard? So it's some think about the foot? Or it's right what Uncletommy said?

I think that you mean that her gaster is big. This is a good sine, it means she is full of body fat and ready to lay eggs.
