My Campontous ligniperda queen and 2 workers are in a test tube and today i look and theres a bit of a chunk missing from the top of the test tube where cotton blocks it up im very suprised they bit through it so now im going to keep a much closer eye on these guys... Anyone else have any experiences like this ?
Camponotus are also known as Carpenter ants, so yep, they have strong jaws, probly means there home is not suitable for them, might be worth checking the temp/water and condition of the test tube
