Hey Guys...
ive got me the wonderfull flu.... Just wondering what kind of remedies/cures you guys use.. any ideas on how to get rid of it quickly..

Personaly i drink shed loads of high vit drink.. atm i got some fresh orange juice.. also take some lemsip max strengh..
Sooo what do you guys do.....

Hi,

big amounts of vitamin C work like an antibiotic, eating an orange is not enough if you already have a cold/flu. An orange contains 30mg vitamin C, what youll need is like 1000mg a day. I always use those Hyperlinks sind nur für registrierte Nutzer sichtbar.
Dont get those cheap ones from the Supermarket, these only contain 200mg.

well im also fighting it off, and i can highly recomend along with what yuor all ready sinking, night nurse, wow does it knock you out, im over dosing on meds right now, and take 1 + a 1/2 reccomoended dose of the night nurse, in the mornings my 5 mile cycle journey tends to wake me up, but if you need to be up n out early, it can last a while...... so if your driving... be carefull....

It's more or less extasy for your Immune System if you have a lack of Vitamin C. 1000mg is okay, but you should buy a preparate with extended release because the body can't absorb 1000mg if you take it at once.
By the way, zinc is also a good thing to strengthen the immune system.
