If its from the vet, its prolly the perscription only hills diet food, that is rather expensive, my choc lab was on it, and yes it worked, but soon as he came off it, the wieght went back on, and at 16 i feel its hard as he aint as agile as he used to be, though hes not obese, just a normal fatish lab, we now moniter his weight with fish (tescos white fish fillets) and a bag of frozen vegetables, we cook about 2 days worth at a time, and add a handfull of chappie complete, his food is split into to servings, morning and evening, im a big believer in feeding dogs twice a day, just split the daily amount in half, after all, we dont only eat once a day, so i feel that dogs should not either.

maine coon are indeed an impressive cat, though can be some what distructuve, provide him with a decent cat scratching post and spray it with catnip, this will keep him off yuor furniture to sharpen his nails.!! my place of work is situated at a boarding kennels with a huge cattery, and when the main coon come to stay we certainly know about it..!!

indeed i myself have a lilac point siamese, and he cost us £3;50, he is very inteligent, and thinks hes a dog, he fetches balls just like a dog, and when we go on holiday, he travles on the back seat with the dogs, he dont need a carry box!

tall and lean....!! as with all siamese, "HE" is just amazing, i will never go back to a regular moggie..! when our 18 yr old balck moggie passes over, we shall get either a red point or a seal point siamese as company for him, you see, when we take the dogs out, he suffers a seperation anxiety, and literaly pulls the furr from his back, the old cat and he are not freinds so good, so he just needs something to keep him company when we got out hiking with the dogs, an hour os so is ok, its when we are out all day, we come home and thier are clumps of furr everywhere, so we figure wel get him his own lil chum..!1
