Yes, Lasius mixtus is a specie that use the social parasitism toward lasius niger or other species of the genus. This specie is part of subgenus Chthonolasius, one in six Lasius'subgenera, like Lasius umbratus. It is diffused in Europe.

I keep them also but only for a few weeks now so i don't now much about them jet. They are still in hibernation.

Okay i will keep you informed. But like i said, they are in hibernation now, so there is not much to tell about. Pictures maybe later on.
