Not really, but we (the most ant keepers in Belgium) keep a 10 miles rule. If you captured the ants more then 10 miles from your home we do not let here (ore winged ants from that colony) go in nature. It is not that the species life here they can not harm the nature here. If you understand.

Oh so its fine for me to do it and they were captured like 8 meters from my house in my backgarden:P
