hi i was planning to order a Formica fusca species off your website but found that they you don't have a colony with 10-25 workers and i was wondering how long it will be before i will be able to

Hi,

yes, at this moment, we have no bigger colonies of this species. only the smaller one with eggs, larves and <10 worker. If you wait 2-3 weeks, we get bigger colonies.

Formica fusca can you keep in corknests or ind sand/loam ground. I think it is better if you give sand/loam in the stone and the box.
perhaps you find a pices of dead wood for the box.
Is the lid only with small holes?

no the lid only has small holes in it
i will put sand in the box with grass and some dead wood from your suggestions
at the moment how many workers are there in your colonies if there is something like 8 i would be interested in buying them on sunday like i said
