My advice:

Put one tube in to the other one or at least one opening right next to the other. Let the water in the old tube dry out and make sure that in the new one there is a lot of water. Also cover new one with something so that it will be more dark. After a while queen will realize that the new tube is a better home and she will move there by herself.

Good luck

hello people my apologies for not being on the site in awhile or replying to any posts but im back, well update on my queen well she is gone i let her go, i just dont think she cut it she just kept eating her larvae and when they got big and she was full with honey water she still ate them so since i only have 1 test tube i let her go so maybe i could find a queen to fill that space.

i really didnt want to but i think it was just a circle with her
