Im building a feed arena in a 30x20 10mms drills basin, I see many picture around but im not understand what material is used to made fine soil.

I would made a feed arena for dish and water and plant, where is the best way mix and to maintain alive plant and to inhibit the ant to made nest...?

please give not so much ground into the arena, than you will have no problem that the ants made a nest into the arena.
