Curiosity you have made an esteem of the percentage of soldiers regarding the workers? You have tried to see if in the arena it hunt an alive innocuos bug like a pinky?

Hi max,
Pheidole pallidula are very nice ants to keep. Especially the soldiers. they look amazing. It wash a long waiting time to get them this active. the first monds they are most of the time below ground. but now there in full action

i counted 6 soldiers and about 100 workers 1 soldier is bigger then the other 5 i saw. (i think they get about 300.000 workers totally, i read it somewhere)

Yes i have given them a live bug, but back then the colonie wasn't strong enough to kill it themselves, maybe in a few monds.

off topic: indeed, when i saw yours i though... damn i didn't to that yet.
