I have just bought a M. barbarus queen and i was wondering what the ideal conditions would be for her? I also bought the ant apartment for her and i was wondering if this would be enough for them?

Also could anyone tell me what food they like best?

Normally they love seeds and insects, but you have to experiment yourself with food.

The apartment will be big enough. I the colony is in full strength and the apartment is to small you can bild on.
