Hi all,I`m going to hopefully start my first ant colony next year and just been doing a bit of reading through here and just wondering about the hibernation part.Do you hibernate the whole colony or do you get the queen out and hibernate her?Do you just dig her out if so?

No, you have to hibernation the whole colony.

So I just would carry the whole assembly to the shed and leave it until they come out of hibernation. That sounds easier than o was thinking. Thank you for the reply.
