hey all,whats a good beginners species that...

wont need a big set up as in not a big tank needed or not lots and lots of small tanks

wont need heat in uk weather

has at least,diff sized /grades /minor and major workers

ideally has soldiers too

isnt the black niger species

ideally has a non humid requirement? / doesnt make a smelly /mouldy home ?

Small set up, easy specie, polymorphic, what about Pheidole pallidula? Is quick to grow and don't need heating, however they like warm places.

what is meant by the "sp" does that mean species? so any species from the camponotus? cheers
