ok i have pulled the wood nest out and iv'e got the ants in the test tubes. i tryed hard to look but i have lost the eggs and the larve im upset. what do i do now do i put them back strate away or do i keep them in the test tubes help

well, since you removed ants from wood nest...
what do you mean you have lost the eggs... try to put wood and test tubes in one empty basin (terrarium) and let the wood dry, ant's should collect their eggs and larvae and move it to test tubes themselves (if eggs are still in wood)

after that you could put wood in oven on ~60°+ for 20 min. (that should kill most of bacteria and spores)...

i put the wood in the micowave for over 20 minuets befor it went in the farm.
