Now i know most of us feed our ants crickets.. and some breed them.. i myself have failed everything i try and breed crickets... However.. i read about roachs and how easy they are to breed.. So i thought i'd give it a go.. and low and behold they are VERY easy to breed... all you need is a 40 gal plastic tank.. cheap enough.. some egg Cartons for them to hide in.. and a heat mat... I feed mine every 3 or 4 days with a varied diet.. lettuce.. fruit.. some meat.. fish flakes.. they will eat anything and everything... They do not need water either... you can pick up a tub of them from ebay for around £10 max.. then just leave them to breed... endless supply of good quality high protein food for your ants
