ok i have two questions one does any one ship to usa not queens but farms and two how do you tell if a colony is hibernating or just dead?

hibernating ants still move - and they curl up when dead

If you cannot see the colony then you just have to wait until they should be coming out of hibernation before you decide, don't just dig them up.

one of my colonies has curled up but this has happened before and they have come back (not same colony) and since they do not ship to usa dose anyone here have a farm they are not using they i could buy i would pay for shipping (may take a while for me to save up the $$$$ for it) o and i just recived another queen today like 5 min ago she is orange and red with a very light green orangeish abdomen i saw her take off 2 of her wings does that mean she will lay eggs now?

It means there is a very good chance she will start laying eggs.

Why pay a lot of money for a farm ? You can easilly make one yourself.
