Just a few mins back i found this worker with its back legs crossed over or twisted

Where do you found this worker?

It looks like Acromymrex spec.

yes it is Arcomymrex octospinosus.
It's one of my own, saw it trying to carry a bit of rose leaf back but kept falling, which is what made me notice. even just walking it seemed to find hard.
all other workers that ive seen are ok, so just this one it seems

Could just be an old damaged worker, happens occasionally. I find I have to be really careful when putting large food in items that could injure/crush ants, such as a twig in a bottle of water (to keep leaves fresh), as there are always loads of workers just where you want to put it. Here it looks like damage to the thorax has drawn the legs up.

Other than simple injury, I don’t know what is wrong with that worker.

It looks like the worker didn't harden very well, it usually means the nest isn't moist enough.

hmm im not to sure about that, humidity is always above 60% but i try to keep it approx 70-80%.
but she is still doing what she would be doing just some what slower.

i must admit tho that is the most deformed/injured worker that i have ever seen. but apart from that she is acting normaly and doing normal duties

What? It just looks like her legs has hooked into eachother...

I've seen workers with multiple heads, wierd extra limbs and being born with only one eye...

yer they were kinda twisted around one another, how i really dont know.
multiple heads now that is strange, its always said that 2 heads are better than one lol

There is also the possibility that it suffered chromosomal damage while developing in the egg.
