But if I find a puppae of a youg queen or male, they will accept her, or him?. And then will the workers begin to create more of them?

Do any one know how long it will take before mig queen, will begin to create new youg queens, and youg males?.
And how long ít take for a queen from egg and to adult? And the same with males(:

They only make queens and males if the colony is strong enough, but you are better of without them. They are no use to your colony in captivity.

- But what shall I do when the yong queens will come? Shall I kill them or what?

Do not worry about this for next two years If you have native species, which normally live in your area and there is no risk of alien invasion, you can simply allow them fly out.
