Help to identify please

Hi All

This ant jumped me as I got out of my car, has wings so is either a king or a queen, Dark orange in colour so I am suspecting Lasious Flavus,

2 questions really, Boy or girl and impregnated or not, after 10 hours still has wings attached so I don't know

Any thoughts, or any idea how i'll be able to tell

Thanks as always

Paul

culd u take a side foto?

chances are if she hasnt lost her wings yet she wont be fertilized, theres been a few out i noticed today, probly the warm weather bringing out the last few nests, unfortunetly as there are so few nests left to join the flights they are mostly likly not gonna be mated

I saw one colony off lasius flavus flying out today but couldnt find the queens but i found a different queen which i do not know and shall try raising it :)

Also by looking at that ant now it does not look like a lasius flavus :)

I think it is not Lasius ,because if I look on head ,it is more look like some Myrmecinae specie ,so Myrmica or some specie like that ;) ,if is it able ,please better photo :) ,if you´ll get more (big) light on ,camera can take better picture ,and also color would be better ;)
