ANTSTORE World of Ants

I have two colonies of cataglyphis at school for a project.
We discoverd two weeks ago that they had eggs, a week ago they were larvae, and now they're already pupa. They have developed from eggs to pupa in two weeks!

is this normal? does anyone else have any experience with this species?

Hi Molitor and welcome,

I myself do not keep these ants but they are fast growing species. If everything is wright for them, temperature and humidity and food and ..., this is normal yes.

Yes ,Cataglyphis colonies are something like quick growing Camponotus colonies ,of course ,very nice ants (molitor ,look on PM´s box pls)
