i got a camponotus colonie whit 2 workers,but 1 of the workers dont go back in the nest for 2 days,he is only sitting on the suger water,somebody know why he dont go back in?

Is she alive? if she is she it might have got stuck in it maybe. If she has then gently remove her from it.

yeah maybe she has got stuck on the sugar water if so then maybe use a brush to gently free her

If she didn't move for 2 days something is wrong. My guess to, she is probably stuck on it, get her off soon.

she is died when i get hur of the sucarwater,,she is jumping back on , as fast as she can
she was not stuck , she whas walking the whole time.
i have him now for 1 day in hibernation , there are 12 larveas , so i got 13 ants on the end of the hibernation.

its a little to late for hibernation but there whas larveas so i dont want them on hibernation.they get hibernation untill march. so the queen can rest a while.

It's never too late for hibernating.

Look at some other posts about hibernation, you will get a lot of information there. Larva is the only pre-ant stage who can survive hibernation. Important thing is that you bring down the temperature gradually and slowly. If you have them now at 20-25 oC, keep them for a week or two at temperature about 10-15 oC. They will prepare for lower temperatures. Then you can just put them in the fridge where the temperature is constant - about 5-8 oC. That is ideal, and then in the spring do the things in reverse order.

they now on 14 to 16 degrees ,,then they go lower,,but not to low,because the larveas are alive and the hibernation is a little to late.

mpir is right, larva survive hibernation. so you don't have to panic about it, you can let them go in to hibernation without hurting the larva.

does ligniperda obligatorily has to hibernat?
is it suficient lowering to 18º C? ...for how long?
and in the summer 25º C is ok?

Some people debate if hibernation is obligatory or not. Some say that ants don't need it but it is just something they do to survive the cold winter. If the temperatures were higher ants would not do it.

I can't really say who is right and who wrong. Fact is that ALL European ants hibernate... some south - Mediteranean ants have somehing like winter rest as temperatures don't fall so drasticly and winters are short.

I personaly think that central European Camponotus sp. need to hibernate and I would keep them at temperatures about 5-10 oC.

Summer teperature is ok.

What about Pheidole pallidula?

The thing is that I live in apartement in Potugal, and even if I put them outside (I can't offcourse) I doesen't get that cold all the time.
And I realy can't put it in the frige for a cople of months neigther...
The colder it gets inside (in winter) is 17-18-19º C... what you think about this?

Normally it is a bit to high, but how does your ants react to the temperature. My Pheidole pallidula are in hibernation now, but they do not hibernate like central European ants. (central European ants almost don't come out of there nest, south European ants are just slower, they almost don't eat anything and are most of the time in there nest (underground)) So if they do that maybe they will take a short hibernation after all.
