I´m using the same boxes for keeping of ants... They are good, but on the up, between the chanel of cell´s- surface and the top of box is about 4mm space... I didn´t know about that, I put two colonies of Crematogaster smythi in the cells of the box, and on the second day was one colony bigger for 20 larvaes, and the second one didn´t have any brood
But the lucky is that the workers from first colony didn´t killed concurent queen
