I captured this colony a few weeks ago and lost about 8-10 workers due to moving them around. The colony is stable now with 35+ workers 3-4 new workers and a large batch of brood (40+) This specie is quite picky when it comes to feeding but I managed to figure out what they like. Meal worms and spiders seem to be the only thing they take in for protein and most sweet liquids will do.
The colony was crammed in the test tube so I decided to move them into my other Camponotus setup. The move went smooth but I did have a few runners but managed to catch them all. links are only visible for registered users
