question if i get 2 cinerea queens from ant store would i beable to put them into one testtube and create a colony with 2 queens or would they kill each other?

Are they polygyn? So if not no, I have try with Lasius Niger, and they are not polygyn, and one of the queen kill the other, so don't try that ;D.

larger colony's are but want to know if a young colony can have 2 queens

Formica cinerea sometimes make polygyn colonies, but usually their queens are related. I don't know if it will work with unrelated queens - probably success is possible, but not guaranteed.
