ANTSTORE World of Ants

Hey guys,

Just wondered if anyone has ever used Humus in there tanks for there ants to make nests in??? Im thinking about using it in one of my tanks and wanted to know if its any good before i go ahead and use it....

i do for my ligniperda

it has a very earthy smell and holds the moisture well so you need to have to control condensation but its good stuff so far

i use it to fill out the chambers in some ytong nests.

I used it in my Pheidole pallidula farm. They don't really use the humus for ther nest area. They live in the regular sand/loam mix.
