This Saturday, I saw lots of flying ants, comming out from there nest. I looked closer at them but they were all almost at the same size of workers. And they still had wings.

I caugth 3 and I brougth them home, nothing happened since then. So I think I am unlucky again and they were all males .

May be I have more luck next time.

The queens or bigger than workers (with most species) males ar smaller. You don't need to catch the winged queens nether, you need to wait until they mated and than catch them when they get rid of there wings.
