I know about several cases of Camponotus, which accepted young F. cinerea or other common species.... I don´t know about Ponerinae, but primitive small species have so good pheromones(workers are hunting single- they are losting pheromons), that when you find few or one worker, you can put it within a young queen of the same species  Ponerinae are accepting new cocons good, their pheromones are good as I´ve heard, but Melk, don´t make experiments like that.... Odontomachus like proteins more than honey watter, it´s contrary with Camponotus- they like honeywatter more.... Don´t risk so nice ant :D
