i think that courier used by Radiss is some kind of service provided by Poland post office, not a company like DHL etc. so probably can take more time to deliver. try to wait for another week and if nothing comes then contact Radiss (he will send it again)..

I ordered and received second time around (as my first one also went missing in the post) Glass Y-tong set up from the same place. It is very good currently keep my Pheidole Indica colony in this set, and they are thriving. The only thing I would say with this set up is that it is not expandable and when the colony reaches 500+ I will have to transfer to bigger nest. Also if you keep small Pheidole species in this set up be aware they can escape through ventilation holes. To prevent this smear a small amount of vasseline around the circumference of the vent holes.

I have also put an enquiry for bespoke glass Ytong as they say they are able to make one to your specifications. This was over 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything? Not the best at responding to e-mails and enquiries!

Does anyone know of anyone else that can make Y-tongs to order?

Probably, but the one I had in mind involves glass basin attached to the Y-tong itself therefore quite as straight forward and I do not have the time myself.

Yes , posting services sucks :( , he lost much of ants and formicariums by post ...
... and about these low e-mail responding , Radiss is making all formicariums myself , able to make only 2 per day maximum , many buyers , - no time  , sorry

If demand was so high would it not be good to subcontract some of the work out? About e-mail responses an e-mail saying I will get back to you would be good. The products including the ants seem to me good value for money. I just think he needs to re-think his model. But obviously if this is just a side hobby maybe not. :D
