I have two questions. 1st is that i have made a batch of ant jelly courstey of Myrm's instructions, but on the top of the jelly is brown spots, what is it and if i should dispose of it? 2nd is that i have recently captured 2 Brachymyrmex
patagonicus is what i think they are. I have put those two in tubes with damp cotton. One has recently laid some eggs and the other hasn't. What can I do to help them out?

It sounds like only one of those queen ants is fertile so just give them some time with the right conditions.

if shes not laying eggs it dont mean shes unfertile

well, you don't have to worry about unfertile queen anymore, she unfortunately died as of yesterday.
