You are right but i was thinking about my localy caught Myrmicas rubra but still it is necessary to remove the winged females and at least some males.

I agree with that. 
And it is not a rule but most of the keepers use it. Captured queens can be release back into nature at the same spot you captured them. Winged ants can be released if the come not further than 10km from your home.
