im considering getting the basin starter set and gettin some lasuis niger. lookin at the pictures of the starter set you get sand with at and once filled it is about an inch or 2 high in the basin. is this enough for the lasuis niger 2 tunnel and nest in?
and with this question is it a good idea 2 maybe bye a cave or a yteng or however u spell it. will this help for them 2 nest or will just the sand i get with the set be fine. cheers all.

normally the sand you get with the starters set will be fine. if you consider an Y-tong nest you don't need to put in the sand.

Y-tong nest are a sand nest are 2 different nest types. you can take a look around in the gallery of this site. maybe than you have a better idea of what you want.
