Hello,

you allege us being cheater/scammer?! You're damaging our reputation by this statement and it's kind of a defamation!
Before packing the parcels the colonies always get checked by at least two employees. There is one person who picks the colony out of the stock and one person who packs the parcel then. Both prove their checking by a signature.

Fot the good of the ants we do not ship them to all countries, but however if someone does want this, he or she needs to take the risk of shipping!
Naturally we are really sorry for you that in your case the queen did not survive.
We've been in business for nearly 15 years now. If we cheated we wouldn't have been existing for such a long time. I am going to forward this case to our customer service if it's possible to accomodate you in this case.

I didn't mean my comment as a complete defamatory statement - I was merely posting my experience and recommending that due to the risks involved it might be an idea to source elsewhere. I have had great experiences from shopping with you in the past; having ordered several queens and starter sets. I am just disappointed as I've spent a lot of money building an environment for a new queen only to have her arrive dead.
