This is not really the thing I was looking for because I have bought http://antstore.net/shop/product_info.p ... mbers.html
I thought due to its small size it would be perfect for Pheidoles, But now I'm not so sure after reading this post ): The nest is too small to put a test tube in, and has glass on the top that can be removed, so, if possible, How could I get the ants inside with out tipping them in (if possible) because I know brood will be lost if I do so ): + I want to keep it out of a tank so that is can be observed easy.

easy, just put is in a tank with substrate around it so its flush with the plaster, don't make it so they can dig in it, then remove the smaller bit of glass and cover the nest area with a piece of wood over it to make it dark.

So If I put the nest in a Tank and make the substrate the same level as the nest but the can not dig through the substrate? Keep the nest dark and moist + warm so that they will want to move into there?
+ If fed well, after how long will I start to see soliders?
I also looked on the antstore today and they are out of Pheidole's So if someone could send me some and workers I would be very gratefull (: Please p.m me if you have any that you are willing to send, I will pay?
Just like the Antstore its self (: 18.90 Eu for Queen (or 2) 51-100 Workers? Or less £15.30 If anyone has only a queen and few workers will be gratefull for even that, Can work out price
Just wondering, I have heard that they can live at room temp then kept in a unheated room in winter ? Is this true or will I need a heating mat?

yes to the first question.
you will see soldiers at around 50 workers.
I sold my colony ages ago.
the temp is perfect at 25-30C, but lower temps are fine, hibernation is about 15C.
