I believe it could be Camponotus arboreus, but I'm not sure because I don't know if Camponotus arboreus are so big.

In fact , these pics are not such a good to identify ants , we can just imagine that is Camponotus. You should find checklist of ants of your locale and some good identification key and use it.
Differents of ants species are so small that we cant determine them from these kinds of photos.
